Suppliers should ensure that the Secretariat is notified of any changes to details within 10 Working Days and confirm existing details on an annual basis during September of each year as part of an annual audit.

The exact details that Suppliers are required to provide are set out in a handy template below. Once populated, Suppliers are to send the template to the DCUSA Helpdesk, where the Secretariat will collate the individual templates together into a single Supplier Emergency Metering Service Provisions Register.

Distributors will use the contact information contained in the collated register to contact a Supplier themselves or shall provide the relevant contact information to a consumer, in order to resolve a metering issue that has been encountered whilst in attendance at a consumers property.
