DUOS MODELS

  • In this section you will find and download the unpopulated Charging Methodology models in either their pre-release format or the current charging year models or as archived versions from previous charging years.  Included are the following:

    • Extra-High Voltage (EHV) Distribution Charging Methodology (EDCM)
      • Long Run Incremental Cost (LRIC) Model
      • Forward Cost Pricing (FCP) Model

ARPS AND COST INFORMATION

  • These are documents that DNO Parties are obliged to provide to the DCUSA Secretariat to have published in accordance with the DCUSA.
    • Quarterly Cost Information Tables (DCUSA Schedule 15)
    • Populated Annual Review Pack Models (DCUSA Schedule 20)
  • You’ll also find the dates applicable to the submission and publication of the Cost Information Tables and Annual Review Packs.

FLEXIBILITY MARKET PRICES

  • These are documents that DNO Parties are obliged to provide to the DCUSA Secretariat to have published in accordance with the DCUSA.
  • They are updated biannually from 1st April 2023, and then by the first Working Day of each April and October thereafter.
  • The statements contain the follow items:
    • Flexibility Market Import Price (£/MWh) (contracted and tendered)
    • Flexibility Market Export Price (£/MWh) (contracted and tendered)
    • Exceeded Import Curtailment Price (£/MWh) (applies to demand turn down/generation turn up)
    • Exceeded Export Curtailment Price (£/MWh) (applies to demand turn up/generation turn down)
    • DISTRIBUTION FLEXIBILITY SERVICES CONTRACT DATA
    • DISTRIBUTION FLEXIBILITY SERVICES TENDER DATA

RESIDUAL CHARGING

This page provides an overview of the time periods and data requirements for the setting of residual charging bands and the allocation of sites to those charging bands as covered in Schedule 32 of the DCUSA.
