Kevin is Senior Regulatory Manager at Centrica, managing a team responsible for all energy supply industry codes and agreements, and regulatory reporting for both the domestic and commercial business units.
Kevin has extensive energy regulation, commercial and operational experience with a detailed understanding of the retail energy market. He has in-depth knowledge of the energy industry code governance arrangements, coupled with experience of senior representation on multiple code governance bodies including REC, MRA, and SPAA Panels and Boards. Kevin also takes a leading role on code governance reform and major industry transformation projects, such as MHHS.
Kevin has led on a number of significant DCUSA change proposals, including the introduction of Network SLAs to support smart installations, arrangements to facilitate gas only smart installations, introduction of electricity theft incentive schemes and changes to permit de-energisation activity to facilitate installation of low carbon technologies.
