Rota Block Identifiers Communication Method

DCP 010 introduced the requirement on al distributors to annually produce the rota block identifiers report. During the change process it was recognised that in the past the disk had been collated at a central source and that this should continue. However, as this central source is the ENA the data is only collated for DNOs not IDNOs. As such suppliers are now receiving the data for a variety of sources on differing platforms, causing unnecessary manual intervention and delaying the data updates.
