Distributor payments to Suppliers resulting from Generator credits

As part of the ongoing structure of charges work being carried out under the ENA, workstream 3 has encountered an issue which may result in Distributors having to pay Suppliers a credit for their customers who generate onto the network.

The new structure of charges will be looking at paying generators which could be offset against the normal Duos invoice. There may be an issue however where this payment exceeds the amount that is due via Duos. At present there is no mechanism for this payment to be made.

Workstream 3 has therefore asked the SIG to consider this issue and how such a payment could be accommodated within the DCUSA if appropriate.
