Synopsis
Schedule 12 of DCUSA contains a number of items which were identified as for further consideration. Some of these have not been considered further to date. The SIG is asked to consider the following one;
- The extent to which, and manner in which, the DG Parties should contribute to the costs and expenses of the DCUSAs governance under Clause 8.
