DCP 420 Working Group

This change proposal aims to expand the definition of Non Final Demand to include Non Domestic sites which are solely for the use of charging vehicles where electricity is sold with a commercial transaction to a private user. These are to include e.g. Council run services, electric charging stations at car parks and service stations or petrol forecourts but are not to include private fleet charging stations. This is a temporary fix to be put in place until the charging stations included are commercially viable.
