Change Determination Notices To Distributors
As currently drafted, the DCUSA assumes that Ofgem’s determination of a Part 1 Change Proposal will be communicated to the Panel for implementation. The Distribution License obliges Distributors to implement determinations of Part 1 Change Proposals which will be communicated in a direction from the Authority to Distributors. Therefore there is a requirement for Distributors to pass on the determination to the Panel/Secretariat as the means by which it can be implemented.
