DCP 435 Awaiting Implementation
The Authority published its decision on DCP 435 ‘Party Novation Process’ with the outcome being to:
- accept the proposed variation (solution); and
- accept the proposed implementation date.
DCP 435 will be implemented on 07 November 2024.
