DCP 411 Decision
The Authority has decided to reject DCP 411 ‘Charging De-energised Sites’. The proposed variation will therefore not be made.
The Authority has concluded that:
- implementation of the Proposal will not better facilitate the achievement of the DCUSA Charging Objectives; and
- directing that the change is approved would not be consistent with the Authority’s principal objective and statutory duties.
The Authority’s decision is in line with the recommendation of DCUSA Parties, which was that the proposed variation (solution) and the proposed implementation date both be rejected.
