ElectraLink’s response to COVID-19

At ElectraLink we are taking coronavirus (COVID-19) seriously, taking special measures to protect customers and staff.  As the UK government has announced a phase of Delay

We will ask customers not to travel into ElectraLink offices until further notice. With our proven capabilities to host meetings virtually, we will continue providing services using this method.  Our well-established Business Continuity Plan (BCP) includes detailed actions for how we will keep delivering your services in the event of a pandemic and our teams are prepared accordingly.

For each code ElectraLink manages, our teams have prepared specific protocols to ensure core services will continue. ElectraLink will work with our business communities to identify priorities as needed, recognising in the event of widespread illness, Parties could have a reduced amount of resource available. We are taking extra precaution to ensure continued service and encouraging customers to take necessary steps to protect themselves.
