If you are asked to provide personal data, you acknowledge that you will be sharing that information with DCUSA Ltd and, in respect of our member’s area, with other users of our website. As a general rule, information given in a Change Proposal will be published on the public facing website, contact information will be made available to other users of the password protected website and to those involved in administering and providing it, who may contact you as necessary via any of the contact details you have provided. Other than this we will not disclose any of your personal data (other than to any of our service providers who may require such information to enable them to provide us with particular services) except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
